- A deposit is required to confirm a reservation, all deposits are non-refundable. All self-catering apartments are non-smoking.
- Although Coral Apartments take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of our visitors’ and their property, sadly we cannot accept any liability for injuries of any nature, loss or damage to any property.
- Children under 13 years and any persons unable to swim may not enter or swim in the pool without adult supervision of their parents or guardians.
- The self-catering apartments are equipped will all the standard facilities you require during your stay, including: Television; DVD; All kitchen utensils (fridge; microwave; washing machine); Furniture and Bedding.
- Food and drinks is at your own expense.
- Any damages caused by the client (or any of the client’s guests) to Coral Apartments and any of the contents within the flats will be at the cost of the client.
- A washing machine, iron and ironing board will be at your disposal.
- Check out time is at 11 am (no exceptions unless pre-arranged in writing with owner).
- The apartment can only accommodate a maximum of (unless authorized in writing prior to arrival):
- Studio – 2 persons maximum;
- Two-bedroom apartment – 4 persons maximum; and
- Three-bedroom – 6 persons maximum.
- Any cancellation of reservations will result in forfeiture of the deposit provided as a penalty fee.
- Coral Apartments has the right of reservation and should the clients be requested to leave the apartments due to not complying with any of the terms of conditions, no refunds will be made to the client for the remaining period forfeited.
- Clients are not allowed to have any guests sleeping over in the apartments. Clients are not allowed guests on the premises, this is to ensure the privacy and comfort of other clients.
- Please ensure that your apartment door is locked when you are asleep or when you leave the apartment.
- The air conditioner must be off and taps properly closed when you leave the apartment.
